techniques and tools that are insightful and effective, based on years of
experience. Let me share some thoughts on how Mindfulness helps in Therapy…
Mindfulness Based Therapy
Throughout this amazing therapy, you can rest assured that you will receive
my utmost respect at every step along the way, as you discover the powerful
impact that your thoughts have on your state of well-being. Quickly you will
learn to “Master” your own thoughts! - As and when they arise,
so that you can feel peaceful, and in control of your life once again. You
will no longer feel at the mercy of your thinking!
Metaphors can be useful for creating these Light Bulb moments. Check out this
one - thoughts are like trains arriving into a station. The Station being
your brain and if you choose to climb aboard the Thought Train it may take
you to where you don't want to go! With practice and help from me, you will
become aware of these thoughts, and more able to choose which train to board
and which to let leave the station without you. You will develop enough awareness
to get off the train, as and when you wish, rather than finding yourself at
an umwanted destination.
Allow me to help you to be in control of your life again.
